League of Legends gets a rhythm runner from the makers of Bit.Trip

Riot Forge has announced Hextech Havoc, a rhythm runner from the same developers behind the Bit.Trip-up Runner series.

Hextech Mayhem is set in the League of Legends universe, featuring furry trash hob Ziggs as the game's main character. If you've played a Fleck.Trip Runner game in front, you'll be pretty acquainted how the whole shebang whole kit and boodle—control an auto-running Ziggs atomic number 3 you leap, slide and bomb your direction through levels in-time with the medicine. It's one of those concepts that appears wide-eyed on report but becomes a decent dispute once you get into the meat of the game, offering heaps of thwarting yet substantial moments when you finally nail it.

I ended upbound sinking a bunch of time into Runner3 senior yr and had a blow. I'm not and so a lot of a League of Legends lover—I'm more into its music than anything other, which means this should be right up my alley. I'm nervous to see what Choice Victuals do. I go for it's a trifle more than just the same old Bit.Trip-up Runner with a League skin, especially when they've got a ton of cool euphony from the game to knock into.

Roister seems on a mission to conquer all corners of media right now—League of Legends establish Arcane is a megahit, and collaborations with Among Us and Fortnite have latterly arrived. It's been a good year for the developer, World Health Organization unconcealed it has 180 zillion unit of time active users crosswise its League of Legends games. That's more MAU than Steam, mind you.

Hextech Mayhem is set to free happening Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store. There's no semiofficial release date however, but much details are due to atomic number 4 revealed on November 16 during a Bacchanalia Forge vitrin.

Mollie Taylor

A good writer in the manufacture, Mollie has been seized under PC Gamer's RGB-laden wing, making sure she doesn't get up to too much shenaniga happening the site. She's not quite sure what a Command & Conquer is, but she bottom yack for hours around all the obscure rhythm method games and strange MMOs from the 2000s. She's been cooking up all manner of news, previews and features spell she's been here, merely especially enjoys when she gets to indite about Terminal Fantasy, Persona, The Sims, and whatever unusual lame she's presently hopelessly fixated connected. In that location's a good fortune she's boring another PC Gamer writer well-nig her stylish obsession as we speak.
